South Carolina 811 would like to introduce a LIVE Survey Form that will document your suggestions and opinions. The form will ask you to select the department that you would like to send your feedback to. There are options to describe your experience with SC811 whether it was positive or negative.

There will also be an option on the form to recognize an employee (if you like) and let us know whether your interaction was positive or negative with the employee. Customers will also have the option to rate your Call Center Customer Service experience, with utilization of a text box to offer any suggestions that you feel would have improved the employee interaction, process, system, or organization. Finally, let us know if you Dig or Drag your overall experience with SC811.

The Dig or Drag Form has a multilingual option and allows customers to choose to view in either in English or in Spanish. (located in the upper right hand corner) There is also an option (lower right hand portion of the header) that allows you to select Immersive Reading, for those who prefer to have the questions read audibly instead of visually. Once you have completed your responses, you will Click to Submit the form at the very bottom of the screen (red arrow). There is a possibility that someone from our team may reach out directly to address the concern or to request additional information.
